This is a 3D Mech that I modeled after the original 2D artwork "Mech" by Guillaume Menuel: https://grizz.artstation.com/
I first modeled and unwrapped the model in Blender, then imported it in Adobe Substance 3D Painter, and started handpainting it there. It certainly wasn't easy to translate all the detail in Guillaume's artwork onto such a simplified surface, but I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. I only had the one reference, so I used my own imagination for the back, such as the tube as a spine and the slot on the back of its skull.
